Basic Web Sites

The simplist, yet often effective, web site will get you and/or your company exposure on the Internet. This site usually consists of three (3) pages, home, about, and products/services. With this type of web site, your current customers, along with potential customers can find information about your company, and your products/services.

A basic web site can be custom designed, or we can use a "cookie-cutter" template. The choice is up to the customer. Using a free template would be less expensive than designing a custom site. This site is based on a free template (just to give you an idea of what's out there). Not everyone has the same budget to build a web presence, so we have to offer many different options.

Dynamic Web Sites

Dynamic sites differ from a static site because it allows users/customers to interact with the site. Whether it's downloading a file, filling out a form to request additional information, filling out a survey, commenting on a blog post, or buying a product from your online store, the user/customer is interacting with your web site. JLS Designs It can design and implement that type of site.

Dynamic sites can become so complex so expect to have a larger budget if that's what your company prefers. Retaining online customers is difficult due to the amount of competition. So it's important to decide what type of site you would like and setup a budget accordingly.

Online stores are typically attached to a merchant account. Most merchant accounts are setup by the company running the store. Having a merchant account (a way to pay for a product or service) is important for selling products or services online. We DO NOT host web sites on our servers, by we can give advice about web hosting. The type of hosting service you need will depend on the type of site you have. Monthly hsting fees vary according to your site's needs. We can assist you with finding the correct web hosting service and monthly plan.
